DH Brackets Compatibility & Configuration

Our DH Brackets are designed for heavier-duty bikes, but correct placement is important to ensure full functionality of the rack.

6-Bike Rack Configuration

On the 6-bike rack, a maximum of 4 DH Brackets can be installed, combined with 2 standard brackets.

To maintain the ability to fold the rack, DH Brackets must be installed in the outer positions of the rack. This ensures they do not interfere with the centre mast when the rack is folded.

4-Bike Rack Configuration

On the 4-bike rack, a maximum of 2 DH Brackets can be used, along with 2 standard brackets.

As with the larger rack, DH Brackets should be placed in the outer positions to maintain clearance and allow proper folding functionality.

Full DH Setup (Non-Folding Configuration)

If you do not require the rack to fold in half, all available positions can be fitted with DH Brackets.

In this setup:

  • All positions can accommodate DH Brackets with bikes installed
  • The rack will still tilt down for tailgate access
  • The rack will not be able to fold in half, due to bracket interference with the centre mast
