We offer a 2-year warranty on the structural components of our bike racks. This warranty covers all steel parts and welds, ensuring the integrity and durability of the rack's framework.
Please note, due to the inherent nature of transportation and handling, the warranty does not extend to cosmetic elements of the rack, including coating and plating. Additionally, rubber and bungee components are considered consumable items and are not covered under warranty. These parts can be purchased directly from our website or sourced through a local hardware store.
This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
