At Mammoth Mounts, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you’re not satisfied with your bike rack for any reason, we’ll do our best to make it right.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you're not completely happy with your Mammoth Mounts rack, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be in like-new condition (not heavily used, damaged, or modified).
  
  
• All original hardware, packaging, and accessories must be included.
  
  
• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

How to Request a Return

1. Email us at Info@mammothmounts.ca with your order number and reason for return.
   
   
2. We’ll respond with return instructions.
   
   
3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund.

Refunds

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item.
  
  
• If the item shows excessive wear or damage, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.

Return Shipping

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
  
  
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.

Non-Returnable Items

• Modified products
  
  
• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
